Interealty Releases New Version MLS Software

Interealty Corp., a leading provider of technology and services to the North American real estate industry, today announced its release of a new version of AltairaTM, the industry"s most popular desktop multiple listing service (MLS) software. In addition, Interealty also announced it has extended its longtime business alliance with WyldFyre Technologies, a Homestore(tm) company. Both companies will continue to work together to enhance the Altaira product line and provide compatibility with MLXchange, Interealty"s new Web-based MLS product. Altaira, a desktop software application that enables agents to download listings, perform searches and create custom reports offline, made its debut in 1995. Leading MLSs of all sizes throughout North America use Altaira, including: the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors and the Coop MLS of Connecticut. Among the numerous new features and additional functionality available in version 4.0, includes: * Enhanced e-mail functionality, which allows real estate brokers and agents to easily save data in HTML format and e-mail it to clients * Improved client searches with automatic updates during timed-download process * Enhanced reporting and printing functions "We are committed to providing our MLS clients with options," said Michael Harris, president and chief executive officer of Interealty.
