Judge Fite Chooses Homes.com For Agents

Homes.com has signed a seven-year agreement with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company of Dallas, Texas to provide its brokerage and real estate professionals with a regional Web Site and customer service solution. Judge Fite has 14 offices and over 500 agents and staff will use Homes.com’s BrokerAdvantageTM Solution, which is designed to enable real estate brokers to boost marketing efforts and increasing brand awareness. CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company’s sales associates will build and personalize individual websites, fueled by resources from Homes.com. The addition of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company demonstrates Homes.com’s growing momentum to emerge from its reorganization as the pre-eminent technology company for the real estate industry. In 2000, C21 Judge Fite Company represented over $499.9 million in gross home sales including over 4,515 transactions. Judge Fite’s Company’s web presence is www.century21judgefite.com. “We were very pleased with Homes.com’s efforts to meet our Internet needs. Our response to Homes.com’s BrokerAdvantageTM web solution has been outstanding and Homes.com’s service has been excellent,” said Jim Fite, broker/owner, CENTURY 21 Judge Fite. “Every one of our offices will be represented on the website and our individual agents will be educated on the technology. Homes.com has developed the best web solution to suit the needs of today’s broker and real estate professional and will save us hundreds of thousands over building individual websites for every agent.”
