Landlord.com, an online rental property owner and manager content and services provider for the rental property industry, announced today it has formed an alliance with Ltlonline.net. The alliance will provide its members and visitors with the ability to take on line classes and self-paced learning slide shows. Landlord.com’s members and visitors can enroll in quick courses designed to provide the resident and property manager or owner with specific knowledge and updated management skills such as courses on Fair Housing, Certificates of Insurance, Accounting for Security Deposits and Basic Computer Skills. Teacher led courses include Lease Training 101, 102, 103 and Contracts. Quick courses are offered so that users may enroll at any time, view materials, and complete the course at their own pace. Teacher led courses offer personal guidance, greater in-depth knowledge and interaction with peers.
