Windermere Offers Premier Homes and Estates Online

Windermere Real Estate, the largest brokerage firm in the Northwest, is now showcasing luxury real estate online. The pioneer of online real estate services, Windermere has added Premier Properties(sm) as a feature on its Web site, which will enhance the marketing of luxury home listings. Windermere"s exclusive Premier Propertiessm listings are located within the site"s "Properties For Sale" section and features the following innovative consumer benefits: Each property features the listing agent"s name, phone number and e-mail link for easy contact, in both the initial search and the property profile. A color "thumbnail" photograph of each property is shown during the initial search, for easy reference. Many of the properties have an expanded display with up to six photographs featuring various views of the interior and exterior of the home. Each property profile features in-depth descriptions of the home"s interior, exterior and amenities. A property of interest can be printed in a one-page "flyer" format, featuring the property photo and information. Each listing has a mortgage calculator, a mapping option and can be added to a "favorites" list.
